How to book an appointment
To make an appointment please ring 01725 510296 during surgery hours (8.30am-1pm, 2pm-6.30pm).
If you come into the surgery you can ask at the reception desk. Sensitive issues can be dealt with away from the reception area - please ask a member of staff.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Yes, it is totally daunting starting a new club - you are not alone!
It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or an expert, and no matter your age, most people get a little nervous joining a new club. The New Forest is rife with sports clubs and social groups - they cater for all levels (including walking sports) to advanced, including:

Your health care team can refer some people to Exercise on Referral schemes, with accessible personal trainers in certain local gyms to help get you off on the right foot. Ask any health care professional at your surgery for more information.
