To all our Patients,

We remain concerned about the effect of Covid-19 and, although we are pleased to see the restrictions relaxed, we are still mindful that rates of Covid in the community are very high. The demand on health care services remains significant as a result of staff sickness and patient need.  So, we must prioritise the patients who are most vulnerable. 

It is important that you continue to put your health first and seek urgent medical help when you need it.

We realise that it is frustrating to have to wait longer than usual for routine appointments and reviews, but we ask for your patience and understanding when contacting the surgery. Calling at 08h30 and 14h00 is advised as our availability is very restricted. This is so we can provide a safe service. We will continue to look at urgent cases when we're full, but you may be directed to somewhere that can see you in a safer time frame (like 111, the emergency department or the walk in centre).

We are working very hard to get back to normal, so please be patient with our staff.  We are very grateful for your understanding.
